Refund Policy

U TEC Education – Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees
2. Admission fees and course fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Seat Blocking / Registration Amount
4. Any amount paid for seat booking or registration will not be refunded if the student cancels admission.
5. Course Discontinuation by Student
6. If a student leaves the course in between, no refund will be provided for the remaining period.
7. Batch Transfer / Course Change
8. Fees cannot be refunded for batch change or course change. Adjustment may be allowed only with prior approval from the institute.
9. Distance Education Programs
10. Fees paid for distance education courses are strictly non-refundable once study material or access has been provided.
11. Exceptional Cases
12. Any refund consideration in special cases will be solely at the discretion of U TEC Education management.
13. Processing Time (if applicable)
14. If any refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it may take 15–30 working days to process.
