Refund Policy
U TEC Education – Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Fees
- Admission fees and course fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Seat Blocking / Registration Amount
- Any amount paid for seat booking or registration will not be refunded if the student cancels admission.
- Course Discontinuation by Student
- If a student leaves the course in between, no refund will be provided for the remaining period.
- Batch Transfer / Course Change
- Fees cannot be refunded for batch change or course change. Adjustment may be allowed only with prior approval from the institute.
- Distance Education Programs
- Fees paid for distance education courses are strictly non-refundable once study material or access has been provided.
- Exceptional Cases
- Any refund consideration in special cases will be solely at the discretion of U TEC Education management.
- Processing Time (if applicable)
- If any refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it may take 15–30 working days to process.
