- Admission Confirmation
- Admission is confirmed only after submission of required documents and payment of applicable fees.
- Fee Payment
- All fees must be paid on time as per the selected payment plan. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of classes.
- Non-Refundable Fees
- Once paid, course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Attendance Requirement
- Students must maintain regular attendance. Low attendance may affect certification eligibility.
- Student Conduct
- Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior within the institute premises. Misconduct may lead to termination of admission.
- Use of Institute Property
- Students are responsible for proper use of computers, lab equipment, and study materials. Any damage caused will be chargeable.
- Course Completion & Certificate
- Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course, practical work, and full fee payment.
- Batch & Timing
- Batch timings once allotted will not be changed without prior approval from the institute.
- Distance Education
- For distance courses, students are responsible for completing assignments and appearing in exams as per guidelines.
- Personal Belongings
- U TEC Education is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
- Changes to Courses/Rules
- The institute reserves the right to make changes in course structure, timing, fees, or rules when necessary.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By taking admission, the student agrees to abide by all the Terms & Conditions of U TEC Education.
