1. Admission Confirmation
2. Admission is confirmed only after submission of required documents and payment of applicable fees.
3. Fee Payment
4. All fees must be paid on time as per the selected payment plan. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of classes.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
6. Once paid, course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
7. Attendance Requirement
8. Students must maintain regular attendance. Low attendance may affect certification eligibility.
9. Student Conduct
10. Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior within the institute premises. Misconduct may lead to termination of admission.
11. Use of Institute Property
12. Students are responsible for proper use of computers, lab equipment, and study materials. Any damage caused will be chargeable.
13. Course Completion & Certificate
14. Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course, practical work, and full fee payment.
15. Batch & Timing
16. Batch timings once allotted will not be changed without prior approval from the institute.
17. Distance Education
18. For distance courses, students are responsible for completing assignments and appearing in exams as per guidelines.
19. Personal Belongings
20. U TEC Education is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
21. Changes to Courses/Rules
22. The institute reserves the right to make changes in course structure, timing, fees, or rules when necessary.
23. Acceptance of Terms
24. By taking admission, the student agrees to abide by all the Terms & Conditions of U TEC Education.
